Faith has over fifteen years of experience in Grants acquisition and management with strong Donor relations skills, resource acquisition skills and programme management skills, her principal strengths include: proven ability to engage and fund raise from major donors, amongst them Multi laterals like EU, Global Fund and UN agencies, Bilateral organizations including DFID, GAC and  USAID, among others, philanthropist organizations, Foundations  and Private sectors.

Faith has a masters in Development studies and has worked in World Vision International in various capacities giving her valuable experience in resource acquisition in wide range of sectors. She has excellent skills in Donor scoping and mapping, developing donor engagement plans, and individual donor cultivation plans that lead to increased funding for organizations

Faith is industrious and possesses excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, writing skills is self-motivated and has the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and deliver great results. Faith has great leadership and people management skills having managed teams in resources acquisition and management and mobilizing human capacity towards a common goal.
